We will Arrive 1 Hour prior to the start time to setup the Photo Booth. You can choose an earlier setup time by paying for idling time. We require access to the location at the setup time. The attendant will be with the booth from the setup time until the completion of the take down.
We also require access to an electrical outlet, standard 110 volt,15 amp within 30 feet of the booth.
We require a space of at least 6’x6′, 10’x10′ is an ideal space. Please let us know if the space is not easily accessed, or if there are stairs.
For Social Media, we will require access to the Wi-Fi Network (password) or a Ethernet jack within 30 feet of the booth. Unless the 4G Modem upgrade is also chosen (Subject to network availability, not all networks are compatible with our system).
If your package includes a USB Stick, you will receive a USB Stick with all the images at the end of the night. Within one hour of the end time. Please specify who should receive the usb stick.
Take down will start immediately following the end time. Up to 1 hour may be required to complete the take down.
All images will be posted to our website the day following the assignment date no later then 11:59pm. The images will be accessible for 1 year from the assignment date. To access the images please visit Client Images
The password required to access the images will be printed on each of prints.
We will print 2 copies of each image 2×6, unless the 4×6 upgrade is chosen. Reprints will be made upon request. Prints are unlimited during the event.
We provide a variety of props for your guests to use. The Props will be displayed on a 6 0r 8 foot table (can be provided). If the Table is provided, it will be covered with a white table cloth and a black skirt.
Some assignments will require 2 attendants.
